Even Coriolis Stations couldn't be trusted nowadays
What model Coriolis is that?
PS. (just in case you didn't know) To avoid the Windows frame and accoutrements, you could press "shift-8" (ie "*") to take a screenshot that ends up in the "snapshots" folder in your save game folder.
Thanks, I didn't know, I usually use the PrtSc for a quick screenshot and later save it to the folder. To answer your question, this is Griff's Burning Coriolis which I used to test a battle scenario. The criminal status of the station most likely came from a bug in my code. While I add high bounties for the killers of a Navy ship I didn't exclude stations, simply because some of them are aggressive enemies. I guess a ship crashed into the station and therefore caused the bounty. Well, one of numerous bugs I still need to squeeze.
Scars remind us where we've been. They don't have to dictate where we're going.

Is there somewhere in the history of the .dat models been a change, some seem to have errors?
