CTD when scooping processed splinters

When scooping processed splinters OOlite crashes with nothing in the logs.

I've tried it with the nightly builds 211d9ba and ee85ab2 (Windows 64bit).

How to repeat:
- shoot an asteroid / boulder to produce a splinter (or spawn one using the debug console)
- process the splinter using the Ore Processor (I only tried the latest version)
- dump the processed splinter
- scoop the dumped splinter



No, I usually don't dump cargo to scoop it again.

Confirmed. Tracked on github as Issue #124.
