PS: Very much like the idea of a Thargoid Cruiser. I think it is in keeping with Elite. The manual mentions huge ships - space dredgers etc although not actually in the game. Besides if we have Cruisers then the Thargoids should have somthing similar if not more powerfull since they are meant to be ...

Definatley should upgrade to 1.65 and the updated Behomoth.OXP. There are usually 5 or 6 Cruisers, which launch Navy Asps & Vipers. However there are usually only 3/4 Thargoid Warships. The Vipers and Asps tend to make short work of them.

Thanks. Tried that and docked ok.

Still think there should be more Thargoids, though (say 20 ish).

I'm finding that the fleet detroys the Thargoids in moments. If we have a hugh human fleet in witch space, then there should be a big Thargoid fleet as well! :twisted: :twisted:

I cannot dock at all!

The slot is North / South, whilst the ship is East / West.

I think we need more bugs, as they seem outgunned by the Navy!

How do you force a miss-jump?

Silly question, but how do you force a miss-jump in Oolite?

I've been playing for 5 months, but I've never encountered a Thargoid Witch Space attack. Either very lucky or unlucky not to be able to have a go at the insects.

Answer is proberbly on Boards or Wikki, but I coudn't find it were a search.

Guess it would make sense it have very big ships Q-bomb proof, but I think this is a game code issue rather than an OXP issue. Currently, the game code causes the Q-bomb to destroy anything except a station.

I think it should!

According to the F3 screen, the Q-bomb works by doing somthing very nasty to a ship's witch drive causing it to blow up. So a Q-bomb shoudn't destroy a space station (as they don't have witch drives), but should destroy any ship with a wich drive, however big.

On AOL (and yes they do suck)! Rang them on Sat when I kept getting the page cannot be displayed error message. Call Center claimed it was an OS problem with "socket settings" and refused to help. Downloaded and ran Registery Mechanic (250 problems found and fixed). Connection now good. St...

Proberbly noticed a lot of my posts are doubling.
