I've recently attained Competent status. And the military came asking for help. I understand that in this mission, you can obtain a cloaking device. Mmm.. working on this.. The Nova mission can interact badly with other missions presenting a choice on-screen (like the trumble salesman f'rinstance). I'll fix this for the trumbles but other mission designers may want to check for mission_novacount undefined before presenting an on-screen choice. ...

DUMB missiles would be invulnerable to ECM and fly only in a straight line(torpedoes/rockets), or have minimal tracking ability.
