@Smivs, the rivers of lava would need to build up in to pools or seas at some stage which would be much deeper and calmer, hence the reason for no yellow in the sea areas.

Probably doesn't work like that in real life TM but that's my reasoning and I'm sticking to it.

How much does an image need to be altered before it could be considered your own work? To the best of my understanding - If any part is carried over, it's a derivative work. Period. It has to be 100% from-scratch to not be a derivative.* *- That's not to say you can't copy a color or something like...
