1.73: Laser upgrading broken

I'm not sure if anyone noticed this yet...

1.73 on XP.
It's impossible to change out lasers. Instead of giving you a list of mounts to install your new laser cannon and then installing it, it does nothing. The clock advances a bit but that's it. I don't think you're even charged for it, which would be a ripoff if it did.

I concur.

Trying to buy a laser advances game clock by 10 minutes, and that's it.

I feel 1.73.1 coming up....
