griff ships remixed.oxp

Post by lfnfan »

hi all

Trying to track down the Griff ships remixed.oxp. Any pointers?

Also, is this compatible with the neolite ships oxp?

I am currently on version 1.72.2

Thanks

I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

yeah, I saw this - very tempting. But I am still on 1.72.2 - still ok?

A question on the Neolite ships - it says they replace Wolfwood variants (I fly Cobra Courier) but I get the 'big rotating question mark' at load screen if I remove Wolfwood Variants oxp with only neolite installed.

Thanks for the help!

Neolite Wolfies (here) replace Wolfwood variants. Not Neolite core package.

That one is buggy. When I install it, it gives constant a warning that the file: null-neolite-normalmap.png is missing. I checked, it is missing but you could copy it in from neolite.oxp. (Or make sure you always have both installed.)

Found another bug in one of the ships. Engines are defined as "frangible", meaning you can shout them off. But the ship still keeps flying normally :!:

Same with the Imperial Courier. His flying doesn't care whether you've shot the engines off.

yay Thanks for the help all - i got my swagger Cobra Courier back, new and improved. Have installed it with Neolite.oxp to avoid that bug.

Having lots of fun with the neolite ships - not sure why I didn't have them installed b4. O well.

Chopped Cobra looks v cool as well, just shame about the lack of hold space.

speaking of which, i was driving behind a neolite porsche carrera gt today - never seen one before, and it plain knocked my socks off. Per wikipedia, that thing has a 5.7 litre v10 engine, 0 - 60mph in 3.5 seconds. omg. the dude driving it looked a little scary tho, big. blond. sleeve tattoos. nice.
