If you are going an alternative station are there also busy spacelanes too it? Otherwise you can always chose a silent route and the game would be too easy. I also think that not each systems should have multiple stations. It should be also random or based on a tech level.
I was thinking that you meant to add an alternative station if there are more than 2 planets (moons) in the system. Don't get me wrong because I like that idea. But not all systems should have multiple stations.
And I also asked myself if it's possible to have multiple space lanes. So one to the main station and a alternative route to the other station.
A lot of the AIs use a setCourseToStation (or something like this), which sets a course for the nearest station rather than the Main Station. So with more than one station in the system some NPCs do fly towards the extra one and dock there.

Yes, but That isn't what I mean. That element should stay. I like it too. The more sort of stations the better.
I mean that if a system has multiple planets then there is always a chance of finding another Corolius station but that chance would be higher in high-tech systems. although I've read in Status Quo that around Lave alone there are 6 stations in orbit.
