Ditching Cargo
I make a lot of my money by scooping cargo and asteroid debris. Despite my pythons cargo capacity of 115 I often end up with a full bay long before reaching the station and consequently have to let loads of lovely cargo pass me by. Is there any way to selectively dump the low value cargos like food or minerals in order to make more room? Dumping cargo just seems to eject the last thing you picked up regardless of whether its food or some precious luxuries.

I had the same doubt, and was told that you can cycle through your inventory with Shift-r.

You know those who, having been mugged and stabbed, fired, dog run over, house burned down, wife eloped with best friend, daughters becoming prostitutes and their countries invaded - still say that "all is well"?
I'm obviously not one of them.

Maegil is quite right. It also appears in the Pilot's Reference Manual supplied with your first Cobra Mark III.

@BoT: I wouldn't send anyone, so don't have to worry about any crustacean bailiffs. I rather do that kind of thing myself , and I don't accept excuses.
On the other hand, I should point out that do accept fingers. Pun fully intended. Pay, or else!

@ BoT: Just ignore the funny guys above.
You also could install the ETT Homing Beacon, mark the debris field with a beacon, sell your cargohold full of stuff and come back later to collect the rest of the loot.

Just a quick question...I can't test it right now.
When youcapture rescue a running lifepod, then eject it,
does it continue to run or does it behave like a inert lifepod?
To advance to the next level of practice, use pods as targets.

Neither. When you catch a pod, it becomes a ton of slaves in your manifest. If you eject them, you lose whatever bounty/prize you'd get when you arrive at a station - even if you get it back.Arexack_Heretic wrote:When youcapturerescue a running lifepod, then eject it,
