Agreed, cbr's textures look great, pity he does not post them.

I never saw those shades of blue with my BGS. Quite different! Did you tweak it?

It was many years ago but I seem to remember I preferred the original BGS effects but modified it by adding textures from the later BGS - possibly the bgs_hyper.png texture.

It's worth mentioning that BGS 1.x isn't linked to Library. BGS 2.x is, but 1.x (I think) uses CCL. Yes you are right, BGS 1.x does use CCL
