Not like the old days, no, but I killed off six this morning (3 from overnight, 2 of which had posted, awaiting approval), then between those and me just about to log off, we had another 3, one of which tried to post.
Did some wildcard based email banning this morning, based on a trend I've noticed over the last few days.
I suppose it's good that very little manages to get through, the Katana is still sharp, just in case that changes...
We're on about a couple of dozen a day, now, many of which are caught at the pre-registration stage, but earlier this year there was a sudden increase to about a couple of dozen an hour, all the product of one huge spam farm. We had to use a tac nuke on that one ... worked, though!

While my kids are on holiday, they don't start holiday club until 30 minutes after they would have started Term-time Breakfast Club, so I find I have 20 minutes in the morning to have a quick whizz through the overnighters...
<chortles> Kids' clubs? My, how schooltime/holidays have changed over half a century. When I were a lad...
The eldest is old enough to be left at home (almost 12), but not old enough to look after her 6yo sister! (not fair either) - and both us parent types work - and don't have enough annual leave between us to cover all the time off without making use of holiday clubs (which have cost close to £1K this summer holiday...)
