I do so love nuking spam accounts just as they join and while they're still online - it gives me such a warm inner glow...

Aye, it does that... mind you, I also get a 'warm inner glow' when I ain't seen one for a few hours.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills

Wanders around the tower, wipes a finger through the dust that has settled on table where Hesperus used to rest his sniper rifle. Checks the fridge, shudders at the pong of three week old milk and pours it down the sink. Turns off the light...

Not like the old days, no, but I killed off six this morning (3 from overnight, 2 of which had posted, awaiting approval), then between those and me just about to log off, we had another 3, one of which tried to post.

Did some wildcard based email banning this morning, based on a trend I've noticed over the last few days.

I suppose it's good that very little manages to get through, the Katana is still sharp, just in case that changes...

We're on about a couple of dozen a day, now, many of which are caught at the pre-registration stage, but earlier this year there was a sudden increase to about a couple of dozen an hour, all the product of one huge spam farm. We had to use a tac nuke on that one ... worked, though!

While my kids are on holiday, they don't start holiday club until 30 minutes after they would have started Term-time Breakfast Club, so I find I have 20 minutes in the morning to have a quick whizz through the overnighters...

The eldest is old enough to be left at home (almost 12), but not old enough to look after her 6yo sister! (not fair either) - and both us parent types work - and don't have enough annual leave between us to cover all the time off without making use of holiday clubs (which have cost close to £1K this summer holiday...)
