<slaps forehead> Ah, good... I was obviously confused by the pic.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

I upgraded my OS yesterday and the new one is a little pickier about plist formats - griff_station_bundle_halfsize_tex.oxp/Config/shipdata.plist has a missing semicolon near the end

Code: Select all

}
}
should be

Code: Select all

};
}
It still works here, but I think it will fail on Mac.

That semicolon is also missing in the griff_station_bundle_fullsize_tex_v1.1.oxp\Config\shipdata.plist it seems.

I don't know if a semicolon causes it, but when I use the all-in-one package for the stations with halfsize textures, all Coriolis stations are replaced with a Trading Outpost for me.
The individual packs work fine.

I can confirm that the mac will also not load the plist shown by cim and therefor none of the stations will show. And because also the internal stations are suppressed, you only see stations from other oxp's. e.g. the trading outpost. :wink:

On the mac, you can simply use the default texteditor to do the correction shown above by cim.

So the semicolon was indeed the cause. Alright :)

Added a remake of the Wolf Mk II from the Amiga elite to the box.net site, there's a player flyably version but the NPC version doesn't behave like it did in Amiga Elite ie. appearing alongside thargoids - my version just gets randomly selected as a typical pirate.

Win a free Wolf MK2 (OXP) from Griff! Be the first to write the detailed article (Wiki) with the publically available information about the Griffin Wolf. :mrgreen:

It'll be the same as this, I'd think... unless Griff has other ideas?

Oops there was a typo in the name key in the shipdata.plist , i'd named it Mk III, should of course have been Mk II the same as the wiki page, i've re-uploaded the oxp as V1.01 with this fixed plus there was a missing bit in the paintmap that i've fixed which meant that some of the panels that should have been randomly repainted weren't - spotted this in El_Viejo's fab screenshot :D )
In anyone would like to make a wiki page or add some text to go with this ship or reuse any of the textures and modles then by all means please do! I can't guarantee any prizes though :wink:
