Griff I was just posting that. You beat me to it
Edited to add. It looks smooth, good, but I'm not too impressed when compared to SC. BTW SC and even to Oolite.
I had a pretty impressive fight in Oolite yesterday and made a vid of it. I will upload it soon.

Mmm on second look it is more impressive than first. Because that are a lot of rocks and I like the lighting and the smoothness of it al. SC looks a lot heavier on the hardware.

Rocks and 'roids... oodles of them! I like dogfighting amongst 'roids! Projectile weapon too... very cool!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills

Reminds me of a scene in Incursio where Rebecca and Coyote are duelling. Even if it is newtonian, it doesn't 'feel' newtonian.
Cheers,
Drew.

Yeah, noticed that too. An I think that's a good thing. If the combat is good then the game will be fun.

Ooh, thanks for the vid link. Great to see that I was correct in expecting news from the dev team soon.

Just had a look at that video. The physics in that did not look very "Newtonian" at all. This bodes well for game-play in my view. Excellent video by the way.

All seems to be looking good.
Elite like flight and most importantly of all some actual game footage rather than just concept art.

That dev is a lousy shot though, I'd have got him halfway through the vid.
Cheers,
Drew.

Not sure if I would choose to blow my boss out of space, even in a game. But you are right, his aim is lousy.

Hmm... he is using a projectile weapon. Try that sort of dogfight with a railgun... it ain't easy!
