Once again, on behalf of myself (and Drew no doubt) and the Cancer Charity who benefits directly from the sale - thank-you!
Yes indeed! Many thanks all.

Does she regularly go home, turn on the oven but leave the food in the cupboard. Then wonder why her kitchens full of smoke and she's still hungry 3 hours later?

This does suggest a fundamental disassociation between cause and effect. I think she should go get that checked out. That said no one likes to hear from a medical professional that they are not diseased, or run down; but they are in fact, just a bit of a sprout.

You go to a medical professional for that? I have a wife.

Cheers,

Drew.

The medical professional doesn't require a constant supply of flowers and occasional precious stones... :D

If you were living in the US, the flowers and occasional precious stones would probably be the cheaper option..

So, (of those who have bought Fusion and read it) thoughts? Personally, I think it's a great anthology - given how many stories are better than mine - I still feel very please to have been included.

Sorry, as soon as I get time to read it I will post my thoughts. Should be tonight. It's on my TODO list of things to read next. :)

If anybody who has bought, read and liked Fusion could leave a review on either of the Amazon's, or Smashwords that would be much appreciated - inevitably sales are dropping off and I'm in danger never having the joy of signing a physical copy... <sniff> <sniff> (no print run until 8K eBooks are sold)

:(

Thank-you.

Yay! Bought a copy just now.. :D 8)

Edit:
And, of course, I jumped straight to DH's and Drew's stories first!

Excellent writing, both of you guys! Thanks!

Now I'm off to check out some of the other stories.

I read Drew's first (and apparently he read mine!).

Thank-you for the positive comments - much appreciated.

For those in the UK only (I think) - an interview with mine and Drew's publisher (of Fusion) Dan Grubb: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p010jmxg 1hr 38m to 1hr 50m - very nice chap he is too.

Works fine from where I am right now (Germany)
Further feedback when I get home tomorrow...

perhaps iPlayer radio is a little more forgiving than iPlayer TV/video on location? (you can actually stream BBC radio stations from around the globe now I come to think of it - ex-Pats are always emailing in saying they're listening to breakfast shows while they're having their suppers...)

sometimes offtopic-ness is a 100% good thing, because it keeps bumping up the thread, heehee!
