I've packaged up the SDL files required for Windows builds and put them on http://developer.berlios.de/projects/oolite-pc/ as Local.zip.

@Rxke: I can handle the traffic Not me that handles it though. Handled by a guy in sweden, you can see the servers here: http://leffe.dnsalias.com/
But it does need to go on Berlios too. If things have calmed down i'll build a full installer and pop it up there soon.
