Even worse is that this is just below par for the course in Africa... While there are some governments and rebel movements which can be considered decent by Western Democracies' cultural standards, for the most part tribal Africans hardly follow these values, much less have ever even heard of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.RyanHoots wrote:Just found out about this, and I had to share it:

In this case, as with Haiti or the Crusades, the population's superstitious beliefs added to the mystical and religious overtones in the induction process can much worsen the situation beyond the point of "simple" barbarism.
You know those who, having been mugged and stabbed, fired, dog run over, house burned down, wife eloped with best friend, daughters becoming prostitutes and their countries invaded - still say that "all is well"?
