We haven’t been very good at correlating fixes to bug reports for this release, and there were a bunch of crash fixes that didn’t get so much as a “various fixes” mention. If you’ve reported a bug (here or on the bug tracker) and it isn’t marked solved, please try to reproduce it and report the results.

Quick question about Bug #18108.
When a new savegame gets loaded or player died looped sounds are not stopped, but Begin New Game stops them. Is it intended/expected behaviour?

No, this is broken. For me, sounds continue playing when opening a saved game, but not on dying; can you reconfirm that one?

I’ve reopened the bug.

Only one in a few tries they are stopped on my machine when player dies. Thanks for looking into this, Ahruman.

Hi, this should finally be fixed as of today's rev.4608 - please let us know if this bug is still there after tonight's nightly build! :)
