I just installed the nightly autopackage (vanilla trunk r4112) in Windows... and got this:

(I was already blaming the police to have punished me for reckless docking to much, when I saw my credit value dropped close to zero. )
EDIT: I see your credit did not drop to zero but to quite a large value.

Having another look at yesterdays change, I think the only error is the missing oolite-locale-functions.js file. I assume the localization was supposed to take place there.

Just throw it inside oolite.app/Resources/Scripts, Shift-start Oolite and you'll get the bug fixed.
