Drew is referring to the potential plot device I inserted right at the beginning of the story - the gum covered red warning light indicating that the secondary manifold was out of spec...lfnfan wrote:what's a 'red light moment'?
Drew is waiting for me to write the part where the warning comes to bite him on the ass - much like the radiator hose did in the classic movie "Duel"

There will be a delay in the final part - RL(tm) just kicked me in the wallet - head gasket gone on my car's engine - too expensive to repair - not enough money in bank to buy a replacement - somewhat distracted - and not quite in the "zone"

A little editing - I expect the grammar hawks and typo tigers to descend sooner rather than later...
PS - Thanks JazHaz - perhaps Drew rubbed off on me...

Nice ending, DH.. very unexpected.. and you may just have invented a new piece of defensive equipment.. now all we need is somebody to OXP it..
