What do you listen to when playing?

I have a mix of dance, trance, techno, gothic trance, electro-pop plus the odd 80s classic and wierd clip from "Kentucky fried movie" just to mess with my mind a bit
It just adds that wierdness.
"Docking permission granted"
"I'm not wearing any pants, film at 11"

An interesting choice JazHaz!
Somewhat disturbingly, I seem to get the same overall effect by alternating these two:

Best listened to in sequence.
I just found the second one while looking for the song title, but it seemed eerily appropriate!

Sometimes sounds a bit like Gomez, voicewise ?DaddyHoggy wrote:He laughed when I also mentioned that there were moments of Tracey Chapman in his intonation - so we're not alone clearly!
I never knew about him, but this topic / youtoobe video (Lave to Zaonce) got me hooked on it.Poro wrote:Mostly tracks by Monty Forester, over at abmp3.com.
I especially find Quasi Space fitting for this game.
Almost as addictive as Oolite.

I have not yet figured out what music I will want to listen to, when playing Oolite. For the moment I am playing with just the Oolite sounds.
I generally tend to listen to Star Fox whilst playing. Not any of the newer bits of dreck they've churned out with that blue bimbo! I mean the SNES games, including the soundtrack for the unreleased second game they were working on.
I also listen to the old R-Type games, Gradius, and Parodius.
There must be a "Silly" mod somewhere to accompany the Parodius music.
