Just had an idea for a banner tonight and kept fighting with the GIMP until I got this: http://i947.photobucket.com/albums/ad311/Cdr_Greyman/th_Oolite-logo.png Well it's just a draft of what it could look like. I guess a wizard like Corny could get more out of the idea, like fancy glow effects or ot...

Reading all these posts makes me feel better alright! :D

I'm simply happy to be healthy again. The only drawback: It's back to work again which means less time for Oolite :-(

How I enjoyed myself

The past two and a half weeks I had been ill with the flu (standard influenza, not swine flu!) and really not much else to do than playing Oolite on my Macbook while lying around on my couch - coughing and sneezing occasionally :-) Since Real Life had been very busy the past six month I didn't have ...

And I guess I could have learned this by reading the wiki (which I'm actually too lazy to do :D ).

Thanks for the patience and the explanations!

Thank you for the explanation. I am not much of a programmer but it seemed odd to me to have number values stored as strings and then used as a multiplication factor without any conversion.

Hello, thanks for the advice! I changed the script as proposed and it works like a charm. I'm using Oolite version 1.73.4 and while checking the save file i found the following: <key>mission_mcm_chaff_count</key> <string>23</string> <key>mission_mcm_dart_count</key> <string>6</string> So both keys s...

I guess I found a small bug. So here's the feedback: When buying a Chaff refill at a station I end up with a huge number of credits. I have 71.700Cr and buy Chaff refill for 3.000Cr and end up with 4.294.966.729Cr! Otherwise, I like the idea of this piece of equipment. I also think the pricing is ad...

New version (1.11) of both OXPs now uploaded to box.net, to cure the script bug in the trumblepod (would be!) that was causing the rogue addition of cargo when it shouldn't. Oh and as people seemed to prefer it to be a nicer OXP, I've toned down the role probabilities of some of the less nice ones....

I totally agree with JazHaz. There are far worse things that can happen in the Ooniverse than being randomly awarded 1t of whatever cargo. But to be sure I'll start by playing without Pods OXP for a while. As I'll be a bit busy today and tomorrow this might take a while. @Thargoid: Don't be too conf...

So it's me again :) Having removed all OXPs and time after time adding them again while playing for some time I didn't get the spontaneous pickups anymore as long as I don't install the Pods-OXP. Now I have all the listed OPXs installed (plus ADCKs new shadery textures) and everything is fine again....

So I already downloaded and installed your OXP. A really amazing looking addition to the Ooniverse.

Thank you for sharing your work!

Try box.net - most people here use it to share their files. They have a 25MB file size limit.

And don't keep us waiting too long! :D
