you cannot activate the laser reductor without the towbar being installed. The reductor is turned on by default, so it should work if equipped and not damaged. Just without towbar you can not deactivate it. About a new version, well... I made many fixes long time ago but left unreleased in my disk ...

We use the same marker letters for more targets because we have more targets than letters in the alphabet, as you can see here . Depending on the state of your game you probably will get the mission again in another system or never. Another way is if you uninstall the Towbar OXP, then save your game...

The 3D model need to download the whole package first which is not so practical imho. I think a static image would be enough, for example as an url in the manifest file. Moreover if it is missing then the wiki page of ships contain somewhat standardized pictures what the game could download and show...

Well, Multiple Lasers OXP is just a .plist config file with laser definitions, the hard part is done by the core game so nothing to be fixed at my side.

After a quick look to the code I can not see where is witchpoint distance included into the formula, I see only the nearest mass. Maybe it is not in at all, just the description what you quoted is outdated. I do not know, it was too long time ago to remember, please test it.

No sell option implemented because you always able to remove the package which will remove the equipment as well. But you can fix your rear view by increasing the second number of view position (height) in your shipdata.plist, for example: <key>view_position_aft</key> <string>0.0 10.1 -3.0</string>
