Re: Licensing with Dead Man clause
Thanks guys. I'll be working the same job, but instead of 95% travel, there's a long-term staff-augmentation contract where the customer needs one of us for a year plus. And it's in my home town, so... :) If that gets inked, I'll be home nightly like a normal job. Means I'll have some free time that...

Re: Extra Planet/Moon textures
Redspear- If you're interested, I can make the code from DH-Systems 2 available to you. It was started and abandoned due to real-life demands on my time, and some script issues. It included code for having other OXP's register artwork and even planet positions into DHS2 for use. Had some other "...

Re: OXP Collection
i just became aware of this effort. Norby- Please cease and desist all distribution of Deep Horizon-based OXP's. I'll have to review them individually (they don't all use the same license), but I know some you are distributing the license explicitly prohibits redistribution. All downloads of your co...

Re: Licensing with Dead Man clause
Speak of the devil, and he shall appear... Pleased to meet you. Hope you guess my name. :D I worked with Phantor to create that license because I knew at some point my real life would call me away from Oolite. It happened about 2 years ago. I started a new job and travel 95% of the time now, and hav...

Re: Thrustmaster Warthog and RCS pedals.
Hi Beastie- I have a Cougar HOTAS and CH Prod Pro-Pedal setup at home (I'm on the road for business till the weekend). My throttle connects to the stick (via DB9) and the stick connects to the computer over USB. The Pro-Pedals connect to the computer also over USB. This setup works fine for Oolite, ...

Re: Deep Horizon - Adv. Nav. Computer & Emer. Witchspace Ini
EV -I debated on that myself. I came to the conclusion that folks would complain and say they wish they could have it without the equipment as just the immersion element. They would complain, as they are now, about it not being exclusive to the ANC. I weighed it out, figured I would lose either way,...

[RELEASE] DH-Adv. Nav. Comp & Emer. Witchspace Inititator
A small blue-skinned humanoid approaches the podium in front of the assembled members of the press accompanied by an even shorter, squat, black-bodied avian with a white belly. He appears to have flippers instead of wings, and may be an Arritian. After scanning the room, the blue-skinned being begi...

Griff -
As always, you have space on DHI.com. I've long made it freely available to you for as many OXP's as you wish to store, and don't see that changing.

Re: Is it time to 'fix' the Anaconda?
Lower the capacity of the Anaconda to 150-250 Range (I'm flexible here, but favor 200 or higher). Lower the contracts on offer to match the new range for core vessels. The Contracts should be calculated based on the capacity of the core ships alone. Not everyone utilizes OXPs with ships larger than ...

Re: What Tools Are Good For Windows OXP Programming
I use NPP for all of my OXP dev because OXPs are all in JS (and plists).
Obj-C is only needed of you're attempting to modify core/trunk code.

ANSWERED- Request for Shader Assistance
EDIT - Someone (Svengali) volunteered. Thanks for looking! Hey guys - I have an OXP that's coming up very quick to release. I have a need for a shader though for one of the models, and I'm no where near skilled enough to do it. So, if one of you who understands them is willing to volunteer, I would...
