I have been to tech level 12 planets such as Ensoreus - Zaonce - Lave or any for that matter and have not seen any ships for sale. Once landing and hitting 3 or F3 twice does nothing. Thanks guys I do understand, I played elite in the UK many years ago and just did not want to go through all the slow build-up process.
