Starting from scratch with new ship etc. and very excited tried to download a couple of OXZs ... particularly Delightful Docking ... but they don't seem to work even though I've checked their in my Managed Addons folder in user...

I have GMA950 and shaders are a mystery to me - I tried switching it on but just got strange silhouettes and shadows.

Graphics and MacBook

Sorry if this has been already discussed (as I suspect it must have).

One of the really fun things about Oolite is choosing the OXPs and deciding what missions to run and so on. This can be hard to do on zero knowledge because you don't really know what you are getting. The Wiki gives really detailed background on some and next to nothing on others. I've built up a fe...

The problem at hand is not compatability, it is that person A has written an OXP, and person B has taken that, modified it and added it to their own larger OXP. Person A then complains that person B has acted against their wishes, and requires a license for this work. Person A is at least technical...

Can I just say - now I have understood what this is about - that Oolite is a f***ing great game! The OXPs enhance game play massively and if they are individualistic, quirky, creative - then that's even better. I just want to thank the people who have been writing them and plead for a resolution so ...

As a new guy (who is still saving up for his military shields) and not having clue what OSE is (can someone explain?) I am strangely disturbed that people are leaving over something I don't understand :D

Thanks for the welcomes. The other night I was in Portugal - sitting outside in the countryside where the stars are very clear. There was some patches high cloud and one patch covered a bright star in the North sky turning it into a blueish smudge. I found myself seriously thinking .. "ah its a...
