Thanks guys. I could not find the save option as i thought it was in the pause game menu. I found it now. I have had about 6 kills and 300 credits lost because i did not know how to save. Just finding my feet again on this game.

I have just had the frame rate on screen. When a planet or anything else (other than a space station) is on screen, the frame rate is between 15 and 30+. Hi screet. Thanks for the reply. The only add on was the sound file. The game slows down when i have a space station in sight.
I don't know how to give you a logfile. can you tell me how to do this.
