As a point of note: In the Royal Navy, both Captain (Cptn) and Commander (Cdr) are ranks. However, Commanding Officer is the term used for anybody who has command of a vessel. It is essentially a job title. So you could be a Lieutenant, but if you had command of a minesweeper (for example) you would...

Just completed the asteroid mission from the OXP, using 1.69b test version.
No room for the reward bomb, and my credits were completely wiped!

Having lost my downloads folder, I'm reinstalling Oolite. However, I've come up against this problem again.
