shipApproachingPlanetSurface and interstellar space

Hi,

I just tried Achenar which adds a planet and station to interstellar space. I managed to dock with the station and launched from there.

Then I decided to land on the planet by PlanetFall and it did not work. I already PM'ed Thargoid about that, but later decided to add some log statements to PF's script.js to understand the reason.

And I realized shipApproachingPlanetSurface event is not fired for a planet added in interstellar space.
