Cargo capacity bug when extra large bay bought at SLAPO

I haven't reproduced this bug. I just noticed it with my current ship.

Get a Cobra MKIII, standard, fly it to a Commie OXP SLAPO station (found near the sun in high tech Commie systems, I was at Inines in Gal 1).
But a whole bunch of equipment including an extra large cargo bay and two passenger berths. Then buy stuff (computers and machinery).
You will be allowed to buy 40 tons of stuff and the F5 screen will say 40 of 25 tons.

Go sell your stuff and you will only be allowed to buy 25 tons back.
