Playing with the missile targeting button, I noticed that it makes player turrets fire at standard missiles -only-. Standard missiles aren't a threat as long as your ECM works.
The button does nothing against hardheads and more dangerous missiles - the turrets completely ignore hardheads - and that's when you really need that missile shot down.
It could be because I have the AMS and missile analyzer installed, but even if those weren't the problem, the missile targeting button is next to useless in it's current state.
FAIL.
BTW, a key for this function as well as joystick button would be useful. That is, if it worked.
