Cobra mk. III -- The Hammurabi

Post by Squeek »

I've decided to name my ship the "Hammurabi". Because I aspire to bounty hunting, and bounty hunting, in an idealized view, is somewhat lawful. What better than the first guy to write down some laws?

But, assuming I were to repaint a ship texture, either from neolite.oxp which I use, or the base game, what would a good symbol be?

Scales of Justice?

Edited to add: Perhaps your ships' figurehead could be a woman wearing a toga and a blindfold while holding a sword and a set of scales?

Something like a ring with a vertical spike through it. It's what Hammurabi is holding in the carving on top of the stele (although it's kind of hard to see the ring in the image on wikipedia – if you read Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson you can see it illustrated better there).

How did this get on?

Note: I have happily used a kill-bill vol2 poster for a personal ship skin :) though we probably cannot do that officially.

I want to encourage variations to neolite ships, so I put the resources in the wiki:
