Now this one is Beautiful!
I almost forgot to dream about so 'deep' procedural approach ever since I saw Ad Astra.
Thanks for the link, it gives a lot to think about.

The source code for that fantastic program is just 72KB! Amazing. Praise Be for clever people, who can put a smile on the face of us simple folk.
Thanks RC - much appreciated.

Take look at this: Fr-041: Debris (procedurally generated city in 179 kb) and Elevated (realistic landscape generation in 4 kb). Press 'Download', unzip the archive and launch the demo.
Both demos written using DirectX 9 and require a decent video card to run.
Youtube videos for Mac users: Debris and Elevated.
