joystick support

Post by harry747 »

i'm not a professional programmer, but it looks to me like there are a couple of classes and methods in oolite whose names suggest that they deal with joysticks. problem is, as far as i can tell, they're not doing much of anything. is anyone working on them? if so, i'll keep my hands off and move on to other projects...

Joystick support exists, but I think its Windows only for the moment.

Edit: No it cant be windows only, I have flown a cobra on my macbookpro (OSX) using the trackpad.

Edit again: sorry, that'll be mouse support. But there is joystick support, but not on OSX.
