Wrong behaviour when launching Oolite by an oxp

I just encountered a weird bug. I assume the bug is Mac-only. On a mac the oxp's are not seen as folder but special code in Oolite makes that any folder ending on .oxp is seen as a package (file). When you double click an oxp on a mac, it launches oolite. (To open a package on a mac you must ctrl-click on it) But I just noticed that Oolite behaves bad when launched this way. Problem its that an average player that doesn't look in the log won't see strange things at first.

I started oolite by double clicking on the "communist.oxp" file. Now the log only shows the loading of the communist.oxp. (see log below). However, the other oxp's seem to be partly loaded. The ships from the other oxp's are known but their meshes and scripts are not loaded. I think this is new as I accidentally launched oolite in the past by double clicking an oxp and never saw strange things. Now I had ships on my scanner that were not drawn on screen.
