Have been trying to find a good way to respond...especially since "nurse" and "sniper cat" should provide a good source for a commentary, but I failed to find anything aside from asking if he now switches to a super soaker filled with liquid medication

Maybe he's giving every patient a trumble to calm them down?

I've read a report about japanese scientists who did create robot pets for old people so that they would always have someone to comfort them.
