I just did something very stupid, i accidently pressed uninstall_oolite.exe.

My mistake i know, but a nice little message box, that asks me wheter or not im sure to uninstall oolite would be nice.... ;-)

What version did you uninstall? The installer package for 1.70 has the uninstall confirmation dialog built-in already. I just clicked the 1.70 UninstOolite.exe and I got the confirmation request normally.

Tried to doublecheck, but all information regarding the version i uninstalled was gone, i presume it was 1.65 then...

Well, 1.65 is still the official version, and therefore is available on Oolite's homepage. So you can just download it again.

Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience!
