As discussed in some other threads, the Deposed mission, a real Oolite classic, was in for an overhaul through Eric Walch and myself. Now it's available in its latest version, Deposed v.1.3, on the wiki. This version was made clash-proof and has some bugs and potential problems brushed out.

You can switch to this version even if you're in the middle of playing Deposed. But as you may have missed some of its story due to a bug in version 1.2 and prior, you well may delete all Deposed-related mission_variables in your save-file and start anew.
You have to delete your old Deposed.oxp from your AddOns folder and put in Deposed1.3.oxp instead.
