sisters does Ben Soin have in those Mega Mambas???

Also are the planets in the bottom left of Galaxy 7 accessable???

They are but you can only get there with a galactic hyperdrive. In Oolite when you galactic hyperdrive you arrive at the planet nearest the coordinates you launched from, so you have to be in the bottom LH corner in Galaxy 6 to get to them. The only way out is to use your GH again.

IIRC, you actually can't get to some of them 'island' galaxies, because there are no planets with suitably high TL to buy a GH, so Giles made sure you didn't end up there. (which is a bit of a pity, because it would be great for a mini-oxp: solve a mission and get awarded a GH to get out of there etc.)

This has been discussed before here.
There is only one dead end, which is if you galactic hyperspace from Rianza in Galaxy 7, you will end up in Oresrati in galaxy 8 and when you get there, you can't leave because you can't buy another another galactic hyperdrive to get you out.
So it's game over player 1 and you are spot on, it is crying out for a mission and be awarded a GH for completing it.
