I need help getting out of witchspace.

I was attempting to make a witchspace jump from Uszaa to Reorte when I decided that I wanted some Thargoid action. After I finished off the last of the fighters, I noticed that I didn't have enough fuel to jump to a nearby planet.

Is there any way for me to get back to a planet, or will I just have to restart from my last save point?
