FreeBSD 6.X and IRIX 6.5 stand alone packages for 1.65 are on ftp.alioth.net. I've had to drop FreeBSD 5.X as I no longer have a 5.X production machine... but it's a legacy release now anyway so I don't feel too bad about it.

I've also posted the link on the SGI community forum (at nekochan.net), hopefully soon I'll also get one of the Nekoware guys to take up the build. This would really help the uptake within our small little community of obsolete hardware zealots

I've had an extremely bumpy couple of months with work and real life really going to complete and utter arse. However everything seems to be sorting itself out now so I'll be able to focus some time back on to Oolite and more importantly MOolite.

Thanks rxke, it's good to be back :D

I have a few more days of unsettledness ahead (Got my motorcycle test) and then I should be back to full tilt. I've certainly missed playing Oolite, let alone fiddling with it

That does seem to be the accepted way of going around a bend, Winston could tell you for sure.
