Iron Raven 2.0

I came to the conclusion I needed to get this one out there.

This is a complete refresh, and in some aspects, a rewrite, of the Iron Raven mission, bringing it up to date with the latest tech in Oolite. There are lots of new features:
- Full refresh of the textures, adding normal, gloss and spec maps.
- Swapped some low-poly models for Griff equivalents.
- Used KillerWolf's glorious Nuit MkII station as a replacement for the Luftslotte 6 station (Thanks KW!)
- Compiled all mission entries on the F5F5 Manifest screen under the "Iron Raven" heading for better visibility.
- Put content of the PDF brief into a book inside Ship's Library, which is now a requirement. So you don't have to leave the game to read the info. The PDF is still available if you want it, though.
- Implemented an MFD for all mission-related ship-to-ship comms, to make messages easier to keep track of and review later via a separate F4 interface screen.
- For the mission step where you need to gather resources, you can now deliver part of the materials and then come back later with more.
- Moved some interactions to be on the surface of the main planet, if PlanetFall2 is installed.
- Updated all spawning functions to use non-deprecated functions and methods.
- Added links to Library PAD.
- Spelling corrections, general bug fixes.

I have tested a few paths, and can confirm it is completable. However, this is a branching mission, and some tasks can be completed in multiple ways. I haven't tested every possible combination, but I'm reasonably confident everything should work normally. Obviously, testers are very welcome, but given the size and mission length (and believe me, this is a *looong* mission - do not expect to finish this in a single sitting), I'm not expecting a rush of players coming in with error reports.

To go along with this, I've put together a planet textures pack that covers most of the planets you visit as part of the mission story. Altogether there are 14 different planet textures with city lights, normal and spec maps.

Because of the size (around 170mb), I've kept this in a separate OXP which is completely optional. It's not a requirement. In fact, if you just want to add some eye candy to Galaxy 8, you can just drop this pack in and ignore the mission entirely.

For those of you who watched my recent YouTube offering (and thanks for watching!) you will have had a sneak peak at one of the textures. In the section where the Cobra MkIII is approaching the Dodo for docking, the planet in the background is one from this pack.
