Updated wiki page on Linux joysticks and gamepads

It's all black magic to me, but...

1) Are there any threads you should add to the links?

2) Should you try and explain any of the jargon (eg: which of "#!/bin/bash" is input by you and what is a computer prompt)

3) Links: single '[' and double '[[' brackets
- [[Linux Joysticks and Gamepads]] links another wiki page seamlessly... Linux Joysticks and Gamepads
- [[Linux Joysticks and Gamepads|Chucklefeatures]] links that wiki page but retitles it... Chucklefeatures
- [https://github.com/Grumbel/jstest-gtk] links an outside page, is incomprehensible, and looks bad
- [https://github.com/Grumbel/jstest-gtk chucklefeatures] links an outside page and retitles it
- [[https://github.com/Grumbel/jstest-gtk chucklefeatures]] links an outside page, retitles it, and looks clunky as the outer brackets appear on the page

4) Might this help: Format for colours?
