Missing Galactic Hyperdrive

I don't know if this is part of the game or not, hence asking in here to start with.

I am in Galactic Chart 7, and my ship does not have a Galactic Hyperdrive. I am sitting in a Tech Level 14 station and there are none for sale. I have flown around the area and I don't see any for purchase.

I have no ship damage.

Is this part of the game and we are meant to run around the chart to find one so that we can progress to Chart 8, or do I have a bug? All mods are up to date

I'm an idiot. There were several planets on top of one another, and so close together I was actually docked in the wrong system...oops.
