Just a quick FYI: I've just updated a bunch of HUD's on the expansion manager to make them compatible with HUD Selector. With the admin page down I've updated the manifests rather sneakily via the back end. What that means is the HUDs haven't had their release dates updated, so they won't float to the top of the list. But the version numbers and download links have been tweaked, and wiki pages updated.
HUD's updated:
- Nova Lux HUD
- Smart HUD (widescreen variant has been combined with the normal one)
- Combat HUD (widescreen variant has been combined with the normal one)
- OrangED HUD
- GETter HUD
At least from the point of view of what players can download via the manager, all the HUDs there are now compatible with HUD Selector.
However, I haven't changed anything on the HUD themselves. Even when I could see there were problems (like the OrangED HUD scanner not fitting onto the screen properly). I left them as-is.
I'm not planning on taking over maintenance of these HUD's. If someone wants to jump in and tweak away, please be my guest. I just wanted to make new players experience with these HUDs as simple as possible.
