[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions.php on line 3781: ob_start(): output handler 'ob_gzhandler' conflicts with 'zlib output compression'

...whdn loading
???

I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills

If anyone is in a position to patch up the ship Ye Venerable Bulletin Board (and I forget whether anyone is) then this StackOverflow page seems to be about the error that (all?) visitors to the board see.
