Good day,
Does anybody know where to find the file shipdata.plist on a Mac? Would like to try to alter the default Adder having a 5 tons instead of 2 tons cargo bay.
Thanks!
Best,
Robert.

Re: Where to find the file shipdata.plist on a Mac?
Right-click Oolite.app and select Show package content
Content/Resources/Config/shipdata.plist
It is a bad idea to modify any content in Resource folder. Create your own OXP, copy shipdata.plist onto this OXP and modify it, if you prefer custom-made Adder. Or just install Start Choices OXZ available on game manager - it already has custom scenario with 5 ton cargo bay Adder.

Seconded.
Or just create a folder named
~/Library/Application Support/Oolite/AddOns/Config
, and copy the shipdata.plist there, and modify it.Re: Where to find the file shipdata.plist on a Mac?
That was my idea indeed. Thank you for your help!(...) copy the shipdata.plist there

Re: Where to find the file shipdata.plist on a Mac?
I discovered that when you install the OXP "Adder Start" all Adders get a 5 tons cargo load capacity by default. When you remove "Adder Start" the cargo load capacity is reverted to 2 tons. So... no need to alter the shipdata.plist in the end.
