Repair Wiki Links

Hi!

The post-editor has a feature to insert links to the wiki in a specific syntax (without spaces):
[ wiki]OXP_List[ /wiki]

In some older threads those are not converted to links. Therefore I made a little GreaseMonkey script to fix them up -> Download.
