OXP to get into the espeak-data folder

So I wrote a simple OXZ to (try and) modify the f2 file under \oolite.app\Resources\espeak-data\voices\!v folder.
I created a cool robo-voice that is very (to me) atmospheric.
Doesn't work. Is that espeak stuff even accessible via OXZ'S? Can it be made to be?
There's nothing wrong from what I can see with the OXZ - I added a new OoliteTheme.ogg to the Resources\music folder in the OXZ and that works fine.
(Ps: what music did I choose?? of course this one! - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJjd_sZcMYw . Pity they are known as vicious with their copyright)
PPS: I was going heavily into seeing if I could write some Java to modify the f2 file on the fly, post load, but it was all getting a bit messy.
