Code Freeze for v1.86

For more than a year, various fixes and improvements have made their way to the Oolite codebase. Without any known showstoppers in the horizon, Oolite 1.86 is now in the code freeze phase. During this period, only changes that are related to bug fixing can be committed. Pending pull requests for features will be deferred to post-1.86.

Nightly builds installation packages for Windows, Linux and macOS are available for testing at GitHub repository (https://github.com/OoliteProject/nightlies/releases). From October 18th onwards and until release, the nightly builds will be tagged with version number 1.86.

If you observe anything that needs to be taken care of, before the release, please bring it to the Testing and Bug Reports forum (https://bb.oolite.space/viewforum.php?f= ... ec17b1224e).
